About Sim Golf Bay

Sim Golf Bay helps golfers choose the right launch monitor and build a home simulator that fits their room and their budget, without overspending. It is written by Tyler Brooks, an indoor-golf builder and 4-handicap who installs bays for a living.

We are different from most simulator sites in two ways. First, we are independent: we test with real swings and rank by what holds up in a normal room, not by who pays the most. Second, we lead with the cheap way. For many golfers a net plus a phone, or a $600 radar unit, is genuinely good enough, and we say so even though the bigger builds earn us more.
